SureStay by Best Western Fresno Central

I came to stay here when I came for my sons competition that was taking place across the street at the convention centre, the staff were very helpful, the check in process was very smooth and seamless and the rooms and bathroom were very clean. The area was quiet and I felt safe. I will come here again in the next few months for the second round of my kids competition.

Hello what a lovely front desk lady with British accent such a polite lady I was mesmerized by her accent l loved the rooms and the renovation was done very good. Breakfast has been updated with these little sausage egg and cheese croissants fruit cups.

Seems the place has been recently renovated as fixtures, floors decor are clean. Checked in fast after 9 pm. But the room we got had been used and it was undone. Called the front desk and quickly moved us to another room. The attendant was polite and felt sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, I loved my stay at this motel, it is newly renovated, very very clean and the staff are extremely helpful. The bathroom is also clean and has a lovely mirror that lights up on the side for extra light. The breakfast is as good as it gets - only continental. I will definitely visit again.

If it was possible to give higher than 5 this would defo earn it. Everything about this place is just perfect, from the bathrooms to the colour of the walls, it really creates a homely vibe that I would definitely stay at. I was unsure at first due to some negative reviews but I can't possibly agree on them. Beds were pressed wonderfully, mattres was good, walls were good, shower and toilet cleaned to the point where it was shiny. The staff were wonderful and helped me to my room multiple times when I locked myself out. Check in and check out was seamless. checked all the boxes... WOW

I stayed here a while back, and I couldn’t speak highly enough about the staff at this hotel. They were accommodating during a very rough time for me, and made my stay exceptional. My room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. My stay was extended multiple times, and for as long as I was there, the noise level was always manageable. Thank you to everyone there, you all made life easier during a very rough patch. Especially Sue (I hope I got your name right, it’s been a few months) who was there day and night, and helped me constantly.

I use this hotel from time to time when I am in the area for business. The staff are great, very responsive and quick to solve any problems I have. The rooms are clean and you can tell that the place has been recently renovated. There is parking and the location is very central which means I can get around town pretty easily. I don’t look at any other places when I’m staying in Fresno.

It felt safe enough in an area of town that maybe isn't the best, staff was nice but have to wait at desk for them to show up sometimes, shower was hot and sheets felt clean. For the price, what more do you expect. This place met my minimum expectations. To reiterate what others have been saying though, hard tile floors felt dirty, odd smell in the room, room cleanliness overall not great such as super dusty bathroom vent. Would I stay there again if I had to, yes but, if I could fork up the money, I'd probably stay at the DoubleTree around the corner
